ShopName — an online store based in Warsaw, Poland, specializing in home goods and decor. The business operates within the e-commerce niche, offering a wide product range and focusing on organic customer acquisition through search engines.
At the start of the project, the website had limited organic visibility, slow loading speed, and minimal conversions from SEO traffic.
The main goal was to increase organic reach, improve technical performance, and grow conversions from organic search within a three-month period.
Full technical + content audit — keyword gap analysis in Ahrefs, log-file review in GSC, and competitor teardowns across the three main Warsaw home-goods players. Output: prioritized 90-day roadmap with measurable targets per workstream.
Collapsed duplicate filter pages behind canonicals, fixed Shopify theme LCP regressions, rewrote meta templates for 240 product pages, and shipped a Core Web Vitals budget that held through every subsequent release.
Rebuilt the category taxonomy around high-intent long-tail clusters, produced 22 buyer-guide articles, and wired internal links through a pillar-and-cluster graph that concentrated equity on the three conversion-driving categories.
Implemented guest posting, local directory submissions, and partner mentions to strengthen the website’s authority and improve organic visibility.
