The story
Ausmanuka is a family-owned Australian Manuka honey business selling raw honey graded from 100+ to 2100+ MGO. EVDEV built its Shopify store, where shoppers compare grades and jar sizes, set up a Shopify subscription for regular deliveries, earn loyalty rewards and order with Shopify international shipping options.
Ausmanuka is a family-owned Manuka honey business on Tamborine Mountain, Australia, and a member of the Australian Manuka Honey Association.
The brand describes its honey as Australia's highest rated MGO Manuka honey. It sells raw Manuka honey across eight MGO grades, up to 2100+ MGO, in jar sizes from 150 g to 500 g and in 3x value packs. The job was to build a Shopify store that sells this range to local and international buyers.
Shoppers needed to compare MGO grades, jar sizes and prices quickly and trust that the honey is genuine.
The store also had to support repeat purchases through subscriptions and rewards, ship overseas, and rank in organic search beyond Australia.
EVDEV built a responsive Shopify store with a grade-by-grade homepage catalogue, product pages with grade details, health benefits and customer reviews, and lab verification and certification details placed prominently.
Subscriptions, a loyalty rewards program, secure payments and international shipping options are built in, and the store is optimised for search to reach buyers outside Australia.
