The story
Mavie Memories is a Toronto company that makes guided keepsake books for families: The School Book, The Baby Book and a Kids' Travel Journal. EVDEV built its Shopify store, with Shopify product personalization through custom product options and colour variants, tiered multi-book discounts, customer reviews and a layout that works on phones and desktops.
Mavie Memories is a Toronto company that makes personalized photo books, albums and keepsake products.
Its range centres on guided, spiral-bound hardcover books with prompts, photo spaces and pockets for mementos such as report cards, class photos and ultrasound images. EVDEV built the brand's Shopify store.
The store had to present each book clearly, offer Shopify custom products through product options and colours, and make buying several copies worthwhile.
It also had to work well on phones and desktops and bring in organic search traffic.
EVDEV delivered a Shopify store with a sage-and-cream design, alternating photo and text sections that show how the books work, and product pages with colour variants, a quantity stepper and tiered multi-book savings.
Reviews, purchase notices, an email signup and secure checkout with several payment options complete the store, and every page is responsive and SEO-optimized.
