What white label Shopify development means
White label Shopify development is when an agency sells Shopify work to its own clients and an outside team does the building. The agency keeps the client relationship, the brand and the margin; the partner designs, develops, optimises and supports the store behind the scenes. It lets an agency take on Shopify projects without hiring a Shopify team, or add capacity when its own team is full.

Intro call
We learn how your agency works, what you sell, and how visible you want us to be. If it is a fit, we agree on the NDA and the working model before any project starts.
Scope and quote
You send the brief or the designs. We estimate the hours against our partner rate, so you can price the project to your client with your margin on top.
Build in your tools
We work in your Slack, project board and repository, and share staging links you can send to your client as your own.
Launch and support
We handle the launch and hand over the code and documentation under your brand. The store and the code belong to you and your client. Support continues on a retainer if you want it.

- Our partner rate starts at $45 USD ($65 CAD) per hour. We estimate every project in hours before work starts, so you know your cost and can set your own price to the client.
- Will my client know you built their store?
- Only if you want them to. By default we are invisible: we sign your NDA, use your brand on everything we deliver, and talk only to your team. You can also bring us onto client calls as part of your agency, or introduce us openly as your development partner.
- Who owns the code?
- You and your client do. Code lives in your repository or your client’s, and the store stays in your client’s Shopify account. There is no licence and nothing that stops working if the partnership ends.
- Do you work from our designs?
- Yes. Most partners send Figma files and we build them. We can also design the store under your brand if your team is busy or does not design for Shopify.
- Can you do SEO and ongoing support for our clients too?
- Yes. Technical SEO, content, AI search optimization (GEO), speed work and monthly support retainers are all available white label, so one partner covers the whole Shopify side of your offer.
- How many agencies do you work with?
- 11 agencies and studios work with us on a white label basis today. We do not name them, because keeping their clients theirs is the whole point.
