When millions fled Ukraine in 2022, Yaroslav helped organize Shelter4UA, a volunteer effort that matched people with housing, transport and support across borders. There was no system to use, so the team built one. The same instinct — see what is needed, build it quickly with what is at hand — is the one he brings to client work.
