105 Packaging — Custom Sustainable Packaging Platform — a packaging configurator by EVDEV for the b2b & industrial industry.
A custom Shopify-based platform for 105 Packaging, a California maker of sustainable custom packaging. EVDEV built an advanced box configurator with 2D and 3D live previews, a custom backend for spec-based checkout pricing, a separate Next.js admin panel, and A/B-tested, analytics-driven conversion flows — proving Shopify can be extended well beyond its standard limits.

About the project
EVDEV developed a custom packaging configurator with 2D and 3D live views, allowing users to design boxes, upload visuals, place objects on the dieline, and preview the final packaging experience. A custom backend was built to calculate checkout pricing based on multiple variables, including height, width, depth, material, color, print color mode, print coverage, and other configuration options. The final platform includes a separate Next.js admin panel, SEO optimization, custom Google Analytics event tracking, and multiple user flows with A/B testing to improve conversion performance.
