The story
VIGO is a New York City kitchen and bath brand that sells shower doors, faucets, sinks and accessories online. Its Shopify Plus B2B store carries more than 12,000 products and serves homeowners, installers, wholesale buyers and resellers through one account system. VIGO is a New York City kitchen and bath brand with a market value of more than one billion dollars.
It sells shower doors, enclosures, faucets, sinks and bathroom accessories to homeowners and to the trade. The job was to build a Shopify Plus store that could hold the full catalog and serve each of those buyer types.
The store had to make more than 12,000 products easy to find, with some products carrying over 140 metafields of specs.
It also had to give installers, wholesale buyers and resellers their own account types, and let resellers upload documents for approval before buying.
EVDEV built a Shopify Plus B2B store with a multi-tier account system, reseller document approval, AI-powered search, advanced filtering and side-by-side product comparison.
Installers and support agents can open faucet parts diagrams and jump straight to the part they need. The site also includes warranty registration, a wishlist, new-product catalogs and more than 50 content pages.
